I was shocked to hear about Tom's passing in this mornings paper. My prayers are with Tom's soul and the DaPonte family. I can't attend the services due to being in Crestwood nursing home in Warren. My thoughts are with you at this time.

I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR OF TOM PASSING AWAY. WE HAVE JNOW EACH OTHER SINCE OUR EARLY YEARS IN HIGH SCHOOL, LATER AT THE MARINE CORP DINNERS AND WITH LIONS. HE WAS A GREAT GUY AND WILL BE MISSED. MY PRAYERS GO TO HIS FAMILY.

I worked with Tommy many years ago at the Newport Court House. He kept me calm and always made me laugh. He was one of the nicest guys you could meet. He is at peace now and will forever watch over you all. So sorry for your loss. Julie A. Bairos Rumford RI
