Joe and I go back to grade school at Ft. Pittston School. We played on the 1955 Little League All Star team that took third place in the state tournament and later in high school. He was a great third baseman. I have a picture somewhere of Joe and myself that was taken in my backyard when we were in grade school. We are wearing sailor hats. Funny because we both made careers out of the Army. Rest in Peace Joe.

I was just thinking about Joe the other day. Wondering how he was. I met Joe through Winnie, one of my most cherished friends. I have happy memories of visiting them in Florida, and Joe and I fishing with the pelican hanging around! May he rest peacefully, I know he will, what a wonderful man.

Joe, I served with you for a year in Korea 68-69 and that was the best year I had in the Army. I feel as if I have lost a brother in more ways than one. These last years have been tough on you health wise but the love of your family is something you will cherish through eternity. When you run into LTC Poteat tell him I said hello. Rest in Peace Joe.

Sorry to hear about Joe. We were fiends since childhood went to high school together.
My family lived on Panama Street, up the hill from the Rinaldi's. He was a great guy.
