My thoughts and prayers are with Faria family during this time of sorrows. I remember Lydia Faria when she picked up her grandchild, Heaven Ocampo, at Mary Star Elementary School. I asked about Lydia from Heaven when we used to work here in San Pedro. God bless Faria family.

Condolences and prayers to her family. She would stop by after mass and say hello to me. You will be missed. She earned her wings and now is with the Lord. God Bless!

One of the nicest people I have ever known. She always made me feel right at home whenever I visited Henry and Mara. Her attitude towards life was always positive and she always smiled even though sometimes she didn't feel like it. I will miss her and I will take comfort knowing she is with the Lord.

Dear Mara, Bert, & Family,
Your mom (family) was a constant in my childhood. You could always count on her for anything. I am blessed that she was also part of my adult life as well. I feel as if I am a better person just because I knew her. She touched everyone with hope & faith. Much love to you all, especially during this time.
God's blessings,
Michelle (Proctor) Nunez
With love from both the Nunez and Proctor Families

What a wonderful picture that completely captures the soul of Mrs. Faria. She was always smiling. I have many great memories of growing up on Meyler St. with her as a neighbor.

Lydia, who will always be Mrs. Faria to me, was one of the kindest people I have ever known. The community has lost a lovely person but heaven has gained a beautiful soul.
