July 26, 1958-May 18, 2022
MOLINE-Gregory S. Young, 63, of Moline passed away May 18, 2022 at his home.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of life will be 6:30pm Friday May 27, 2022 at Schroder Mortuary, Colona with a memorial visitation starting at 4:00pm until service time. Memorials may be made to the family.
Gregory was born July 26, 1958 in Cedar Rapids IA. the son of Culver and Bette (Salmonson) Young. He married Julie Harris January 13, 1984 in Cedar Rapids, IA. He worked as a truck driver and enjoyed his Harley and traveling all over the country on it, boating, and camping. Gregory loved his family and friends dearly and will be missed by many.
Gregory is survived by his wife Julie; sons Charlie (Taylor) Young, Michael (Carrie) Zemke; daughter Sara (Alex)Young; grandsons Cayden, Lorenzo and Benicio; granddaughter Solei; brother Allen Young and sister Kim Tarrant.
