Ron S. Marvel

RAPID CITY - Ron S. Marvel, 45, Rapid City, died at his residence Thursday, July 5, 2007. He was born March 21, 1962 at Huron, S. Dak. He attended school in Huron and then he served in the U.S. Army from 1982 until 1990. Ron married MiSon Yi in 1989 and the couple moved to Phoenix, AZ. He moved to Rapid City in 2001 and was employed for Best Business Products for a period of four years and was presently employed at ATec Consulting. Survivors include his wife, MiSon Marvel, Glendale, AZ, a son, Eddie Marvel, Rapid City and a sister, Sandi Ringheimer, Black Hawk, SD. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister. Visitation will be from 5 PM until 7 PM Tuesday at the Osheim-Catron Funeral Home. Services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Osheim-Catron Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Blanc officiating. Interment, with military honors provided by Rushmore VFW Post 1273 Honor Guard, will be at the Black Hills National Cemetery. A memorial educational fund has been established for his son Eddie.
