His wife, Jeanette (Mabry) DiBlasi, died July 12, 2005. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Frank and Carmela (Milici) DiBlasi.
Joseph attended schools in the Reading School District.
He was employed in the shipping and receiving department of David Crystal, Reading, retiring in 1985.
Joseph was an avid and very good bowler.
He is survived by three nephews and five step-children.
Joseph was predeceased by his sister, Mary Smaglinski.
Graveside services will be Friday at 11:30 a.m. in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your charity of choice.

Joe was a good stepdad even though he had no biological children of his own. He was a loving stepgrandfather and was always ready to step up to the plate when a stepson or daughter needed them. And once he called me daughter.
