Ms Doty was born in Lincoln, Nebraska to her late parents, Ronald Doty and Gladys (Wingard) Doty. She attended Riverland Hills Baptist Church, where she took part in their Romania Missions Group. She was currently teaching English in China at Yantai, Shandong Province. Ms. Doty was also a USC graduate with honors.
Survivors include: William Michael Fogle; two children, Brande (Chris) Lelle of Georgia and Amanda (Nathan) Reynolds of South Carolina; four grandchildren, Madison and Jackson Lelle and Christian and Lilly Reynolds; five brothers and sisters, Pamela (Dusty) Cherry, Mary K. (Mohammad) Holubi, Michelle Doty, all of South Carolina, Ronald (Denise) Doty of California and David (Donna) Doty of Tennessee; seven nieces and nephews, Christopher, Dalia and Ahmed Holubi, Dominique and Angelique Doty and Heather and Debora Doty.
She was predeceased by Alfred and Catherine Doty, Charles and Lula Wingard. Services will be held at Riverland Baptist Church of Irmo July 12, 2008, at twelve in the afternoon. Family will receive friends at the church prior to the service starting at eleven o’clock in the afternoon. If anyone would like to make a donation, please make them out to Riverland Hills Baptist Church Romania Missions Group.
