To Jackie's Extended Family and Friends,
I first met Jackie in first grade at Vernon St. School. We met up again in junior high and then in high school. She was petite with a great sense of humor but she developed more sensitivity after being in a body cast while in high school. I visited her on a very hot day before a.c. at Cooley Dick. She didn't complain, but said it was certainly itchy!
She was great fun in band both during rehearsal and on trips. One could hardly see her over the music stand, but we could hear her trumpet. She went on to Smith with at least six of my other friends. They were a tight bunch of very bright women who all graduated in 1966 or 67. We shared two more journeys. We both majored in education and taught or were involved with schools. She was so proud of her principalship. Our only contact with each other was during a couple class reunions. We shared a fondness for Lake Sebago. While vacationing there, Don and I decided to move to Maine for our retirement. Our sincerest sympathy to Jackie's loved ones.

Dear precious family of Jackie,
Our mother, Betty Joseph was at Linda Manor with Jackie. Jackie and our mother,Betty ate together and shared in many activities. My sister and I knew Jackie as a sweet lady and a delight to have around. We are so sorry for your loss. She will be greatly missed.

Pat, I was so very sorry to learn of Jackie“s death. She was so inspiring to me and gave me breaks when I was probably not deserving of them. I will not be able to attend the service as I am currently in the hospital myself. My loving thoughts to you and the boys.
