Helen Marie Smith Johnson Cramblit, 96 of Washington C.H. passed away on June 15, 2016 at Carriage Court Assisted Living. She was born April 19, 1920 in Ross Co, Ohio to the late John W. and Ocie Williams Smith.
Helen had lived most of her life in Fayette County Ohio. She worked for many years at Montgomery Ward. Helen loved being a mother and grandmother and really enjoyed the years she attended church with all of her christian brothers and sisters in Christ, she loved everyone. She was a member of Unity Fellowship Church.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husbands Roy S. Johnson and Virgil Cramblit, infant son Darrell Johnson, sons Gene Johnson and Larry Johnson, granddaughters Gina Johnson and Angela Beth Stockwell; siblings, Clarence Smith, Ray Smith, Anna Mae (Smith) Walker, Cora (Smith) Shoemaker and Hazel (Smith) Corzatt.
Helen is survived by her daughter Becky (Roger) Stockwell and daughter in law Shirley (Larry) Johnson; grandchildren Christy (Mike) Bryant, Kevin Stockwell, Heidi (Mike) Jinks, Stacey (Jon) Wilt, Tim (Chris) Maggard, Jason Johnson, Carl Bobst and Laura (John) Koontz; fourteen great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren; special friends Bill and Sarah Mathews, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and her wonderful family at Carriage Court Assisted Living and Heartland Hospice.
Graveside services will be held on Friday June 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Highlawn Cemetery with Pastor Keith Clary Officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or Unity Fellowship Church
