My deepest sympathy go out to the entire Wiedeman family and the others who loved Ted well. I am so sad for the loss of my classmate and friend. I thank God that for the opportunity I had to see him again at our 20 yr reunion last year. What a blessing he was to all who knew him.

It is difficult to express the feelings of loss for someone for which you shared so much. I was lucky to have Ted for as long as I can remember as a brother and best friend. I know that I will continue to feel a great sense of loss for many years to come. I can only pray for his family as they go through a very difficult transition. We love and miss you Ted.

To Nina and her family, Rita and the rest of the Wiedeman family, I pray that you find strength in what Ted brought you. From the days of the East Wood Valley Rd sidewalks to The Class of 86 reunion, and all adventures in between, Ted was always easy to get along with and had that smile (however sly it may have seemed sometimes!) that made me feel comfortable and at ease while in his prescence. Over the years he obviously found that life is very simple and beautiful, and that beauty is all around us- so we better get out there and enjoy it! That is the true life that Ted found that we all can take with us, and from the Class of '86 we are thankful he was a part of us.

"I love you brother". That was at the end of every conversation Ted and I had for the past 15 years. He made me comfortable saying those words with the warmth of his smile. He taught me much, but the most of all, we are all part of the same search and end to it. Ted was a fisher of friends, and I am proud to be a part of his special life. I love you brother. Forever.

My children, Megan and Trip, and I knew Ted as a boy in Atlanta. I watched him grow up all blustery and passionate. Ted knew how to think, how to love and to laugh, and he was the best kind of a friend. Just ask my Trip; Ted will remain in his heart forever.
I laugh now as I remember, and I can see Ted standing on a chair, a bed or a ladder to hang our paintings for me every time we moved over the years. Such sweet memories.
For all of Ted's family and friends, I am sorry to miss his service. I hope you can feel the thoughts of caring and support that surround you as you grieve this tragic loss of such a fine young man.

I remember Ted being upstairs when a few friends and I were having band practice in the Mancuso's basement. He always had some nice feedback on what he heard going on down there. He was actually listening! I liked him immediately.

Ted was an integral part of my life for many years and without his influence I would not be the person I am today. He never ceased to amaze me with his intellect and passion for life. Although we haven't been close in over a decade, I will miss him.

Ted, you made me laugh when you and Nina came to my yard sale in Lilburn,GA while you were back visiting from Colorado and bought our old computer system. Monitor, keypad, tower, and took it back home on the plane with you. You gave me a memory that has been a fun story to tell with lots of laughs...You were terrific to know and truly a sweet guy. MY prayers and thoughts to Nina and the rest of your friends and family.

Ted was a very dear friend to me - the closest thing I had to a brother. He was unfailingly loyal, generous and caring. His passion for life is legendary among his friends or anyone that knew him.
We shared many creative and joyful moments together and I'll never forget them.
I love Ted and will miss him terribly. My heart is absolutly broken over this.
Good bye my friend...
