CALEB NATHAN ANDERSON December 15, 1977 ~ January 16, 2019 TOBY CELESTE BROWN ANDERSON January 19, 1979 ~ January 16, 2019 The world lost two wonderful people on Wednesday January 16, 2019, Caleb Nathan Anderson born December 15, 1977 and Toby Celeste Brown Anderson born January 19, 1979. They were the proud parents of their son Cole Nathan, age 12. Caleb and Toby have left this world where they will join their angel, Berlyn Audrey April 9, 2004 - July 5, 2006. Caleb attended Chico High School class of '96 and later graduated from the Butte College Fire Academy. He was Captain of the Peninsula Fire Department in Chester, CA and most recently the owner of Top Dog Retrievers in Red Bluff, CA. Toby Celeste Brown Anderson graduated Woodland High School class of '97 and attended Chico State University. Toby was a biology major and enjoyed every aspect of their business at Top Dog Retrievers. Caleb and Toby were married in 2003. They welcomed a daughter, Berlyn Audrey on April 9, 2004 and a son, Cole Nathan on April 21, 2006. Caleb and Toby were wonderful parents, adventurers, and avid in the outdoors. They spent nearly every season of the year on Mount Shasta: snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing and hiking. They are described as two of the most loving people you could ever encounter. They not only loved each other deeply but they had the ability to make everyone who knew them feel deeply loved. This passion of caring for people was the driving force of their non-profit, Remedy Retrievers. Through this organization they raised therapy service dogs for people with seizures, diabetes detection, autism and PTSD. The lives of many families were changed by the very special dogs they raised and trained. Caleb and Toby are predeceased by their daughter Berlyn and leave behind a son Cole Anderson. Parents of Caleb: Debra Anderson; Paul and Sheila Anderson. Parents of Toby: Joan and Ruben Montoya; Kelly and Georgia Brown. Siblings of Caleb: Autumn (Anderson) DeBorde. Siblings of Toby: Star Lady (late), Jennifer Lady, Kassie Brown, Jodi Thomson, Regina Hinojosa, Nathan Montoya. There are also numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A celebration of their lives as one will be held on Saturday January 26, 2019 at 1 pm at Bianchi Orchards, 10337 Highway 99E, Los Molinos, CA 96055.
