Loretta Ross Obituary
Born in Eugene on July 5, 1922 to the late Willard and Nellie Henderson, Loretta grew up in Lorane, OR. with her brother Jerry (deceased) and sister Lavelle.
She married Leonard Ross in 1939. They had three children: Donna England, Kay Landers (married to Ron), and Jim Ross (deceased). The family settled in Cottage Grove, OR. After Leonard passed away in 1983, Loretta moved to Eugene to be closer to her daughters.
In addition to her sister Lavelle and daughters Donna and Kay, she is survived by six grand children, eight great-grand children and four great-great grand children.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, February 9th, 2014, 1:30pm at Gilham Community Church located at 3633 Gilham Road in Eugene. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting to please consider a memorial contribution to Gilham Community Church.

We were very sorry to hear of Loretta's passing. We hold a very fond spot in our hearts for Loretta, as in 1986 Loretta cared for our then infant son, Taylor, a few days a week in her home in Cottage Grove. We have never forgotten her kindness, love and care and we have often thought of Loretta over the years, after she moved to Eugene.
