Freda Phillips Bishop

Freda Phillips Bishop, 90, of Indian Valley, passed away Sunday March 4, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Lee Bishop and daughter, Esther Irene Bishop. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Rev. Jeanette Bishop, Radford, Elizabeth and Lewis Bane, Parrott, Pearlie and Wayne Taylor, Dugspur; sons and daughters-in-law, Rev. Granville and Jeaneal Bishop, Willis, Rev. Clyde and Lucille Bishop, Floyd, Rev. Richard and Pat Bishop, Willis, Gene and Diane Bishop, Willis; 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at the Indian Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the Rev. Kenneth Fogus and family members officiating. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday March 6, 2007 at Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd.
