Gone to soon my loving and sweet Soror Helen. I am sad that you left so soon but the love you always showed every person you came in contact with will always be in our hearts!♥ It was my pleasure knowing you and especially having you as my friend first and then my Sorority sister as well as sister in Christ. You made the a better place by always helping others with public service and on every board in the valley and then some. I will miss our phone calls to check on each other and how you twisted my arm to help with the MLK Day of service over 20 years ago in the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and I am still going out each January 15th to help the community in public service. Thanks my friend for all of the great leadership shown to me and the professional way that you always carried yourself. You were a true example of a committed person for that task. Everything you chaired was a success.
With your Omega Omega service may you work in heaven for God like you worked for our community. Get your rewards and R I P
until we meet again my sweet sister Helen! Love you More!

To the family of Helen F. Dean,
My sincerest condolences to you in the passing of your beloved Helen. Helen was a sweet, quiet, caring friend, soror, and fellow college alumnae. When I became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Helen pinned me. She will always have a special place in my heart. She tirelessly gave to every organization, and project that she participated in with the utmost enthusiasm. Rest in peace, Soror Helen Dean.
