Reba Wade Obituary
January 31, 1928 - January 5, 2023
Reba, 94 passed gently at her home with her children, Sue Quesenberry and Brad Wade by her side. She is the daughter of James Pogue and Jessie Mae Altizer Cox. She is survived by a sister and brother, Glenda Dehart, (Arnold), and Allen Cox. Also surviving are her daughter in law, Deniese Wade, grandchildren Adrianne Mullins, and Ashley Meyer, and nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded by her husband, Esker Wade, their daughter , Alta Karen, and son in law, Gene Quesenberry.
Also preceded by Effie Higgs, Russell, Bernard, Phillip and Coleman Cox, Bessie, Eunice, and Geneva Cox, and Troy Higgs.
Elder Tim McGrady will officiate the service on January 11, 2023, 2 pm, at Maberry Funeral Home in Floyd. Visitation will be from 1 until 2 pm. Burial in Big Sand Cemetery in Indian Valley.
