Paulina LOPEZ

1928 - 2018

Paulina Lopez passed away on January 9, 2018. Born to Raymond and Louisa Montiero on May 23, 1928. She is survived by her children, Celeste, her husband Mike, Charlene, her husband Bob, and Charlet. Her loving memory also lives on through her sister Mary, brother and sister-in-law Raymond and Arnetta, brother and sister-in-law Anthony and Marie, her grandchildren, great-grand children, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends. Married for 66 years, Pauli was the beloved wife of James Lopez who passed away in March 2017. Theirs was the life and love that exemplified devotion and partnership. Pauli ended her successful career as a computer programmer, retiring from McClellan Air Force Base after more than 35 years. She enjoyed musical theatre, a strategic game of cards, and, above all, family. She was a confidant and avid supporter for those lucky enough to know her. Her gatherings for Christmas, Easter, or for any occasion to connect, will be missed by all. A mass celebrating Paulina's life will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church 660 Florin Road, Sacramento. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a reception at the church hall following the burial.
