"May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you
In the palm of his hand."
What more can be said.

In our short time as friends, you were able to make a huge difference. There are not too many like you and your journey was not long enough. I will always wonder if I gave you as much as you bestowed to me. Fair winds and following seas...

I will miss driving up and or away and seeing you chain-smoking in front of the building. Or standing in-between the buildings with Shalinee and Reizo. I will miss our fighting like an old married couple. I worried about you always. You were so smart and witty and had so much knowledge about the State. I was looking forward to working with you in a different capacity. I wish i had been more patient with you, RIP my friend..

I worked with Todd at OCJP.
It's hard to believe he is gone. I always will remember Todd for his sense of humor. The first time I met him, he unzipped his pant legs to show off his shorts. He was a funny guy!

Todd - I think I laughed for hours hearing the story about all of you guys hiking the Canyon and the ripped shorts.
How many of my staff did you date? They ALL were in love with you.

My condolences to the Brownings and all relations. Todd was a great friend and roomate. I lived with his brother Bob. We were in the band Odysus. I interduced Bob to his present wife who I worked with at CRC. We lived together until I moved in with Todd. He was like the absentee roomate because he was in love with Cris and spent all of his time at her apartment. I said why don't you just move in but he wanted to keep his space even if he wasn't there. He and chris introduced me to my future wife Pam. We have a beautiful son that we owe to Todd and Chris. So Todd you are someone I will never ever forget. I thank you for introducing me to the best part of my life. God will welcome you with open arms cause you have a good heart.
I love you Bro!

My deepest and most sincere condolences are extended to Todd's family and friends. I remember the times when he a I would go round and round with some philosophical program strategy at OCJP in either the ADA or JJDP programs. But on our "smoke breaks", we reset to zero and chilled together. He put you at ease with being "different". Became a good boss too!Words cannot express what a loss this is to me personally and to scores of people who truly cared for him! You can rest now "Your Toddly-ness"!(He knows who I'm talking to)

My sincere condolences go out to Todd's family and friends. Todd was so much a part of our lives, though some years ago. Over the years I would simply mention his name and my children would smile. We had many wonderful times together at OCJP, and just hanging out together. There are stories to tell of poker games, hiking the Grand Canyon, playing golf and just being playful with one another. What a marvelous wit!!! I always told him when I saw him..."alot of people love you Todd." I hope he left knowing that fact. My life is better for having known Todd and I hope he is at peace.

Todd,
Some of my favorite memories as a little kid are of the times you hung out with my mom and Gary because it was always a treat to get to see you. You always made me laugh and treated me like a person and not a child, even though I WAS a child. It had been YEARS since I'd seen you, but those memories will always be cherished. The world is a little less hilarious without you--but heaven just got a whole lot moreso. Rest in peace, bud.

Todd, I remember Bag End in Jenner and flying kites on the beach, SCC classes at night waiting for Chris, meeting your room mate, my future husband, in 1982, coming to know your family and friends, all wonderful people. I still get embarrassed when I think about your taking me to the dressing room to meet the band and they were changing their clothes, duh! You are a kind and gentle soul. I hope you have found peace. May your family and friends find peace as well.
