Wayne Locke Obituary
Left this earth to be with the Lord on October 28, 2004, after a lingering illness. He will sorely be missed by his family and the great number of those who loved him. Wayne is survived by his wife, Kathy, inheriting her 5 children, Nina Greenlee, David White, Kenneth White, Mary Jarvis, Michael White, 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren all of whom love him very much. His former wife, Elaine Locke of Chico, Ca. bore him 2 sons - Dennis Wayne Locke and Curtis William Locke both residing in Sacramento. His sister, Cindy Nugent resides in Orangevale. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association or Capital City Baptist Church, Elk Grove. Services will be held at Capital City Baptist Church on Monday, November 1, 2004 at 10:00 am., 8050 Jacinto Rd., Elk Grove, Ca.

Kathy and family blessings upon you for the fortitude and grace in which you endured Wayne's illnesses with grace and God's presence. I will treasure the times we sat and talked and laughed and prayed and cried together. Truly you and Wayne were a blessing to my life. He is healed now, no more illness, no more disease. He is free and whole and happy. May you find God's best in the midst of your sadness and grief.
