Dear Mrs. Thomas,

Although I only knew Mr. Thomas a short time teaching with him at Grant District's Independent Study (Keema HS), I got to know a wonderful man. I will never forget the time I spent with him. I am very lucky that I got to meet him and work with him. I will miss him a lot.

Margene, I just wanted you to know I saw the ad. I'm thinking about you. G used to always call hime Swede, because he was so light. I have the picture of him holding Mia when they first met, and it will always be special.
