He was truly a wonderful person who gave me the opportunity to learn and grow in the administrative profession under his leadership at the Salisbury VAMC. He treated me with respect, and earned my respect. Will always be grateful for his support. My condolences to his wonderful family. May you find comfort in the memories you hold dear.

I am so very sorry. Mr. Ayres was a great person who always put the veterans first. He was the Director when I started working at the VAMC in Salisbury. He loved to fish and he and my husband would go fishing together. Mrs. Ayres, may God bless you and your family.
