Jack Fishin' Obituary

Jack Drown Gone Fishin' 1925 ~ 2008 Jack Gaylen Drown, age 83 passed away on November 10, 2008 in the home of his son Steven, surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 7, 1925 in Magna, Utah. He was a proud WWII veteran. He married Inger Njord, the love of his life, May 5, 1951. He spent 55 years in the profession of Dental Technician. The last 30 years he was at Utah Dental Lab where he had many wonderful colleagues and customers who depended on him. He especially loved spending time with his family. He developed a special relationship with each of his grandchildren by spending time fishing, talking and "filling the bird feeder" with them. He is survived by his wife, Inger, his four children, Lisa and Chris Goodwill, Tom and Brenda Drown, Jack and Lorita Drown, and Steven and Donna Drown, 12 grandchildren and nine 1/2 great-grandchildren. His siblings and parents preceded him in death. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 3115 East 7800 South, Saturday November 15 at 11 a.m. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to services.
