My condolences on his passing. He was our realtor when we moved to San Antonio back in 2003 and he found us the perfect home...He was very gracious and helpful, and we enjoyed our time together. He will be missed!

John Thurman was a gifted business man. Another gift was motivating and supporting family members of those serving our country. John was an advocate for military families and provided excellent programs for those whose loved ones were stationed in San Antonio. His tours, speakers, seminars, and support groups were valued by all. John also knew how to be a friend. I met John 38 years ago and will miss our conversations very much. He was an avid reader and eager to learn as much about psychology as he was to learn about how to build a business. John was a treasured friend to my husband. They spent 62 years parlaying about politics and other governmental affairs and loved and laughed together incessantly. John will be missed by the two of us. Our sympathy to you, Carol and all of the family members. God bless you. Rest in Peace, John.

It was a pleasure to know John and to share his love and his visions for San Antonio's military and economic development of San Antonio.
