Raymond Harvey Obituary
Raymond Ward Harvey moved to heaven on October 31, 2016. He was born the youngest of five children March 4, 1949 to Mary and Addison Harvey. Ray graduated Edison HS in 1968 and attended SWT. He founded Acme Roofing Company in 1988 and took pride in buildings he roofed all around San Antonio.
Ray served the Los Amigos Ski Club and Texas Ski Council. He led numerous trips around the world and was blessed to travel with family and friends. He was always planning his next trip.
Ray loved God, family, and friends. He enjoyed family reunions at Mo Ranch and weekly dinners and cards. Ray loved to cook and enjoyed fine wine and craft beer. He lived life to the fullest and he is missed by many he loved.
Ray leaves a large loving family and dear friends. He is survived by his wife, Laurie, sons Raymond and Christopher Harvey, and his Ruby.
Memorial services: Wednesday, November 30, 2016, 11am, at Community Bible Church, 2477 North Loop 1604 East, SA 78232. Reception following the service.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Fund for VBS at Community Bible Church, address listed above.

Condolences to the Harvey family. Fellow classmate at Edison High School Class of 1968. I think we were also at Whittier Jr. School for the 9th grade. God Bless and may he rest in peace.

Although it has been years since we last saw Ray, I do remember him fondly as A GOOD MAN. My husband Jim and I had an association with him when he was President of the San Antonio Ski Club and later when he was with the Los Amigos Ski Club. Our condolences to his family.
