Survivors include his wife, Maria Castro; daughter, Rosa Persona; sons, Alberto Castro and Hector Castro; sister, Elena Castro; brother, Jose Castro; and seven grandchildren.
Viewing: 5 to 9 p.m. today, with rosary at 7 p.m., Glen Abbey Mortuary Chapel, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita.
Mass: 10 a.m. tomorrow, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 2020 Alaquinas Drive, San Ysidro.
Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park, 4300 Imperial Ave., San Diego.
