I recall some fascinating conversations at family get to gethers about Roman's interest in and work with experimental aircraft. His single minded dedication to the aerospace industry is much to be admired.

Roman has flown on to another dimension, but the marvelous parts that he fabricated for me over the years continue to take to the skys on my VariEze. I feel fortunate to have reconnected with Roman over the last year after a number of years without seeing him. He will be greatly missed - and long remembered - by the many members of the San Diego EZ Squadron who gained so much from his inventive genius and wonderful ability to construct the finest parts. But mostly, we will miss this wonderful man. Blue skys Roman, always.

We worked together from 1950 until he retired.

We both had home machine shops and advised each other on projects.

I was a sponser for one of his sons confirmation, at the church in Casa De Oro.

The Lord loved him, so we know where he is now.
