Survivors include his son, Shane Quinones; parents, Alejandro and Mary Quinones; sisters, Rosella and Latisha Quinones; and brothers, Alex Quinones, Rene Quinones, Robert Quinones, Roger Quinones and Ray Quinones.
Services: 1 p.m. tomorrow, St. James Lutheran Church, 866 Imperial Beach Blvd., Imperial Beach.
Scattering of ashes: private.
Donations: Quinones Trust, 1126 Via Trieste, Chula Vista, CA 91911.
Arrangements: Preferred Cremation.
