Oh Dr. Pogue was so kind, motivating and cheerful. I was such a nervous speaker at
La Mesa Rotary sharing my
Personal experience and he sought me out after to
Put me at ease and also give me a check for my nonprofit to help SA survivors with retreats. He was an amazing kind man and he will be sorely missed. Brittany Catton Kirk

Bill Pogue was an amazing Rotarian in the La Mesa Sunrise Rotary Club. He always demonstrated his commitment to children in every way possible. After Bill retired from the medical field, he became a clown (Poko Nose) and entertained the young and the young at heart as often as he could. We will always remember Bill as an example to us all and someone to strive to emulate as an ever-giving being.
