I first met Bill while he was with the Sheriff's department in Santa Cruz. At the time I was with the Police department. It was easy to develop a friendly relationship with Bill. He always displayed a
a friendly personality and conducted himself as a gentleman. He was a fine man. Rest in peace my friend.

Enjoyed having conversations about life, and model trains. Loved his sense of humor. Was a stand up kinda man.

Wow! Sad news. I have fond memories of working with/for Lt. Plageman back in the 70s. He was a good man, good cop, with a good sense of humor.
RIP LT
