To the Pointer family it comes with great sadness to hear the passing of a wonderful man. I had the pleasure of coaching Tynker at McIntosh college where he was an unbelievable defensive player who could rebound and block many shots. May God watch over you in your time of need.

I am shocked to hear the news of Tynker, as I am sure all of his family, friends and colleagues are.

I work in the Mass Room. Whenever I needed raw materials from the Warehouse, I would email Tynker my order. He would quickly send me a response of "OKIE DOKIE". No more than ten minutes later, I would see Tynker coming down the tunnel with a big smile on his face and my order .

God Bless Tynker. I am sure that Lynne will take good care of the big guy and welcome him home.

I had the pleasure of working with Tynk at Lindt. He was a Gentle Giant and to me a Great Big Teddy Bear, who loved and respected everyone around him. Always calming others, and smiling to let you know - he had your back, and very reassuring to those that needed it. It was an Honor to have met him and to have had him in my life. Rest in Peace Sweet Tynk!!!
