To the Pointer family it comes with great sadness to hear the passing of a wonderful man. I had the pleasure of coaching Tynker at McIntosh college where he was an unbelievable defensive player who could rebound and block many shots. May God watch over you in your time of need.

I am shocked to hear the news of Tynker, as I am sure all of his family, friends and colleagues are.
I work in the Mass Room. Whenever I needed raw materials from the Warehouse, I would email Tynker my order. He would quickly send me a response of "OKIE DOKIE". No more than ten minutes later, I would see Tynker coming down the tunnel with a big smile on his face and my order .
God Bless Tynker. I am sure that Lynne will take good care of the big guy and welcome him home.

I sign this with a very heavy heart Tynk to me you were my big man on campus at work , I used to enjoy your wisdom stories at the end of your shift via e-mails , and you were always there to give that bear hug when needed then there was always that great big smile I was truly blessed to have been able to have you as my friend . You will be missed . Sending our thoughts and prayers to all
