I am so sorry for the lost of your dear loved one. It's comforting to know that God cares for all of us and losing a loved one is something we cannot get used to. The Bible gives us hope that one day we can see our dear loved one again. On behalf of all mankind Jesus surrender his soul for many. John 15:13 says “No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his soul on behalf of his friends.” Truly I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one and I hope these few words will bring you comfort and hope.

We too are shocked and very sad to read today of Jacquie's death. We have known Jacquie since the days of Bethany Church in Rye Center yet really got to know what a great person she was as we all worked together at Bethany's Summer Bible School for the children several years ago. She showed such a heart for serving God. We will miss seeing her at so many Bethany services.

I will never forget all the happy memories I have of our camping trips and swimming dates. I wish I could be there with all of you right now but please know that you are in my heart. I'm so thankful that Jackie was my Aunt too and that she left me with many happy memories and great cousins to share them with. I will always remember her talent for sewing and seeing the good in people. Her strength is inspiring. I'm going to miss her so much but I'm so glad that uncle Joey is with her again.

Dear Varney-Walsh Family - I was both shocked and saddened to read of Jacquie's death this evening. I had no idea! My husband and 2 of our 3 daughters new Harriet when we lived in our apt. above her at South Main St. in Newmarket - 18 years ago! We were very fond of Harriet and I visited with her a couple of times when she lived across from the library. What a surprise then to meet Jacquie and Maggie at our little garden stand last year! We live directly across the street from where Jacquie was living. It seems that we waved to oneanother just the other day as she was pulling out of the driveway in her big red comfy car. Please know that my thoughts are with you all. Let me know if I can be of help with Maggie. She is a sweet girl. Jacquie was a wonderful person - I am so happy to have known her. May your memories give you comfort always. Sincerely - KelLee Larson

Tyson, Jesseanne, Kyle and Brent, it seems somehow an understatement to describe Jacque as passionately unique. She was a generous and considerate person, patriotic, humorous, and she loved you with all her heart and soul. It is comforting to know she is praising her Lord from the front row this week.

We were shocked to find out today that she had passed away. Jacqui started at the Y as a volunteer in 2005. Susan Weber, our bookkeeper recognized her skill and employed her that fall as a 20hr a week registrar. Over the last 4 years Jacqui became a key employee in the management of our membership data and program registration. She worked closely with Sue and our membership service staff in assuring all members financial payments were up to date and accurate. She enjoyed most the flexibility the YMCA offered her, the opportunity to have her Granddaughter, Chelsie join her at work and utilize the YMCA childcare program while she worked, and most of all the acceptance of our staff and members of the opportunity to bring Maggie, her miniature Papillion to work with her each day. Our staff, members, and children will miss her support, good natured attitude, and opportunity to see Maggie fetch.

Recently, Jacqui was leaving work with Maggie in her arms when she stopped to admire all the new flowers just planted in front of the Y as a memorial garden. I was planting daffodils under the flag pole and we talked about how beautiful they would look in the spring. The finishing touch, she said, would be to get the flag pole fixed so we could raise and lower the American flag. Jacqui, we'll get that flag flying, and we will remember you fondly, especially when the daffodils are blooming.

To all of Jacqui's family,
While reading the Portsmouth paper online here in Ireland I was dismayed to read of your mom and sister's passing. As you know Jacqui was a very good and caring friend to me. Her love of the Lord was so special, and she shared it with so many of us. You also were the loves of her life especially when her grandchildren arrived. Please know I am very sorry not to be with you at this time. As others have shared, she was a unique person who will be sadly missed by us all including her friends at Bethany church. Both Rick and I send our sincerest sympathy to you.

Jacqui worked for us for about 2 years at Crossroads Counseling Center in North Hampton. She was a unique person whom I grew to love. While there Jacqui took the Myers Briggs Temperament Inventory, personality test. She was so fascinated with her results as an "ISTP" personality. It helped confirm her gifts and talents and she became proud of her uniqueness. We talked many times about it and I saw her come to peace with whom the Lord had made her. Dennis and I now live in Bangor, Maine. I will so miss seeing her when we visit at Bethany Church. I just want you to know that you had a very special mother and the Lord is rejoicing as He welcomes her.
