It is with much sorrow that we hear of the passing of Sal Giudice. Sal was the first member of the Haitian Health Foundation Board of Directors, back in 1985. His generosity and expertise helped us to write bylaws, achieve tax-exempt status, and excellent direction for our charity. Sal served for many years on our Board, made multiple trips to Haiti, and was always a generous benefactor and good friend.
