Shirley Perkins Obituary

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - Shirley Lynn Perkins, 70, was called home to the Lord on Friday, Dec. 11, 2020.

Born in Portsmouth on July 14, 1950, she was the daughter of Wilbur and Claire (Walker) Perkins and was a graduate of Portsmouth High School Class of 1968 and attended Great Bay Community College.

Shirley was active with the New Life Church and was involved in charitable work with Operation Blessing and the Portsmouth Police Department. She enjoyed summers at the family camp in Effingham, crafting, painting, picking blueberries, raspberries and fiddleheads.

Survivors include her sons Isaac Brake, Jesse Brake and wife Erica, devoted grandmother of Naomi Brake, Jesse Glen Brake, Claire Brake, Nora Brake, brother Sheldon Perkins, and cousin Kaitlyn Knowlton.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are by the Farrell Funeral Home, 684 State St., Portsmouth, N.H.
