Kathleen Anne McCann DUNCALF Kathleen Anne McCann Duncalf, 81, died Saturday April 7, 2012 at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, Washington. Kathleen was born to parents T.J. and Lorraine (Farrell) McCann in Fullerton, North Dakota, August 1, 1930. She graduated from Renton High School, and married John William Duncalf "Jack" on June 9, 1951 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Renton. Kathleen is survived by her seven children, thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, four brothers and three sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son-in-law Charlie Sutton and brother Joseph McCann. Kathleen's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 20, at 12:15 (with the Rosary immediately before at 11:40), Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 110 S 5th Street, Mount Vernon. Memorial donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception "New Church Building Fund" at 215 N 15th Street, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Kern Funeral Home.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I'm so sorry to hear of the death of Kathleen. I knew her many years and remember the joy on her face. Being a lector at Mass reflected her prayer life expressing the Word of God. She will be missed but I have no doubt she is close to God where she can help the rest of us. My prayers and sympathy to the family.
