Patti was Mother Advisor during my time with the Rainbow Girls. Although that was 30 years ago (where does the time go?) I can honestly say that she made a lasting imprint on my life that remains still today. Her take charge attitue, her wonerful sense of humor and her devotion to her kids are the things I remember most about her. I also recall being at the race track with her and her being so excited when Bill McDougall asked her out on a date. Patti never did anything half way. If she was in it, she was in it all the way. Never to be on the sidelines, always center field. I can see from her obituary and other comments here that never changed about her. Love to her family and friends. Kris (Hardy) Fregin.

Patti was a larger than life person!! When she "coerced" (as only Patti could!) me to be her co-chairman for the Convention for the Eastlake Washington Garden Club convention....she and I became "DEE" and "DUM" and went on to have the most wonderful friendship I could ever imagine!! She was a wonderful teacher, friend, confidant, mother, and advocate for so many...I am so blessed to have been in her circle of friendship. I will miss her very much, but will retain the wonderful memories of the "HA HA Ladies"....and many other innovative ideas she came up with.

Bill, Eric, Scott & Tracey I am so sorry that Patti was taken from all of you too soon. She was larger than life. She had a heart of gold and a life time of immense knowledge and wisdom. Patti came into my life nearly 17 years ago and I know in my heart she was sent to me for a reason. I will keep her in my heart always and will watch for those funny little signs that she is still with me. Big Hugs to all of you!

To the Family: Patti was a good friend and taught my daughters so much when they were in Rainbow, We had many good times, I remember when she met Bill; my brother knew his family in Kellog, Idaho. Did I think he was a good person, I assured her he was the finest she could ever hope for! Our love to your family; Dick, Sheila, April and Shannon, thanks for teaching them how to walk in a dress!

Patti had a spirit like no other. She was creative, bright, funny and a pure joy to be around. I loved hearing about all of her life experiences. She lived life to the fullest and always put a smile on my face. I'm so grateful to have been her friend and to have spent quiet moments with her and endless hours on the phone.
I write this with tears in my eyes and love in my heart, I will miss you Patti with all of my heart. I love you!
