Funeral services for Ricky Ray Mosby Walters, 70 of Vian, will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial will follow at Brushy Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. Walters was born on May 10, 1953, in Altus, Ark., to Betty Lee (Walters) Mosby and Earl Denvil Mosby. He passed away on Monday, Oct. 27, 2023, in Tulsa.
He was a tool setter for 18 years at Remington Dupont in Independence, Mo.
Survivors are two sisters, Evelyn Crase of Gore and Sheila Fuller of Tahlequah; three brothers, Steve Mosby of Vian, Dean Mosby of Muldrow and Tony Mosby of Sallisaw; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Stites Family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl "Bud" Mosby and Betty Lee Mosby; one brother, Larry Earl Mosby; and two sisters, Karen Craig and Donna Mosby Walters.
Active pallbearers will be David Fuller, David Weisenfels, Austin Shrum, Caleb Weisenfels, Jeffrey Mosby and Devlin Mosby.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brad Mosby, Calvin Mosby, Dan Lewis, Dean Mosby and Steve Mosby.
Viewing will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
