Frank Manuel Lopez Of Fairfax passed away unexpectedly February 10, 2006. Born February 18, 1940 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Grew up in Hollywood, CA. Longtime Marin County resident. Retired air traffic controller, and former partner of Marin Sports and Imports Automotive, San Rafael. Frank loved family, the 49ers, red wine and was an avid reader. He was a fabulous husband, had a heart of gold, quick wit, generous and loving nature. He was our rock. As Frank would often say, "Don't sweat the small stuff... it's all small stuff." Frank will always be remembered in a Hawaiian shirt and Levis. Survived by his wife Kayleen Lopez; daughters, Anna Bainbridge (Steven), Aimee Lopez; granddaughter, Nora Bainbridge; stepdaughters, Brooke Pascoe, Courtney Parque (Gabriel); siblings, May Lopez (deceased), Raymond Lopez (Betty) (both deceased), Gloria Lopez, Nina Sabo; nephews and nieces, Raymond Jr. (Tanya), Rob and Rick (Patti) Lopez, Evelyn (deceased) and Gloria Bernardini, Yvonne McCann (Mac), Sonia (Vincente), Sandra and Stephanie Sabo; godchildren, Sandra Sabo, Yvette Marie and Stefani Lopez; mother-in-law, Julia Hooper; brother-in-law, Keith Hooper; numerous grandnieces and nephews; and best friend Ken Solvason.
