Kayleen and girls. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We always remember the fabulous and fun loving cook. We had such fun when we came for a visit. Now Frank is walking his beloved Maggie on the beach. May those good memories keep you going on the days ahead. Come to visit us when you can, XOXOX Karalee and Dick

I was saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I met Frank back in October of 1970 when we hired on with the FAA. I remember sweating out manual control problems with Frank and nephew Ray at the FAA academy in Oklahoma City. Frank was a gentle soul and never sweated the small stuff just like the orbit said. We had a lot of fun during our ATC career. I regret not having seen him since we both retired in 1994. Hand Off, Make a puck, You got that guy? Out!
