12/22/27 - 7/14/2014

Born in San Francisco, "Jack" graduated from Sequoia High School and attended the Academy of Art. He served 4 years in the Air Force during the Korean War. During his service, he married Diane Day, his wife of 63 years.

Jack was a life-long 49er fan and avid golfer. His favorite memories were the first 49er Super Bowl and his playing in the Bing Crosby Pro-Am in 1975.

Predeceased by his 5 poodles and Cousins Barbara & Mona, he is survived by his wife, and poodle, Alfie (#6), Cousin Joan and member of the Day family.

A memorial will be held at a future date.

Hi John:

It is 2020 and I just found out that we had lost you in 2014, and it made me very sad.
For the love of god, your forty niners made it to the super bowl again, but as you said, "lunch box quarter backs can not go too far", and yes we lost to the Chiefs, because of our lunch box quarterback.
Miss you, RIP
