Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, 10 AM, Jan 30 at St Dominic's Church, Bush and Steiner Sts. SF. Vigil will be at church 1 hour prior at 9 AM. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Alma Via Charitable Care Fund, (One Thomas More Way, S.F., CA 94132) in Joe's name

Dear Nebeling Family, My thoughts and prayers go out to you with Joe's passing. I worked with Joe at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell starting as an intern at USF in 1972. Joe was a guiding light for me as I entered the CPA profession. I will always remember him as a kind and caring person. God Bless.
