I knew Lily from the Golden Gate Park Senior Center. One day we were talking and she said, "Why don't you and your wife get to know Albert and Barbara?" So my wife Nancy and I introduced ourselves to this couple.

Since then we have become good friends and we go double-dating all of the time.

A few months later, I saw Lily and asked her, "Why did you want us to get to know Al and Barbara?" She said, "Because I thought you all would get along."

This incident speaks volumes about Lily as being such a thoughtful and caring person.
