Victoria Dunn Obituary

Victoria "Vicky" Dunn 85 years, July 28, 2006 A native of Missouri and a longtime resident of San Francisco. Vicky was an Army nurse during WWII and participated in four campaigns in Europe, and later served in the Asiatic Pacific theater. She was an early graduate of the UC Berkeley School of Nursing and was a faculty member of the Franklin Hospital School of Nursing. Loving wife of Bill Dunn for 56 years. Long time close friend of the late Patricia Zimmerman. Devoted mother of Stephen P. Dunn, Jennifer L. Benedict and the late Jeffrey B. Dunn. Was deeply involved in her children's school and other youth activities. Took great delight in her five grandchildren: Lauren, Monica and Natalie Dunn, Forrest and Brenner Benedict. Survived by her brother, P.M. Fallis and her nephew, Michael Fallis and his family. Vicky enjoyed her extended family members and many friends. She was known to all by her kind and thoughtful nature. Friends may visit Wednesday 5pm to 8pm, followed by a Funeral Service, Thursday, 11 am, all at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City. Committal, Skylawn Memorial Park, (off 92, Half Moon Bay and San Mateo). Memorial donations may be made in Victoria's name to the Leukemia Society.

Dearest Dunn Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss. My mom and dad just told me. I will always remember growing up with you all on Sylvan Drive. My heart goes out to you and I pray for God's healing.
