Joan Albaugh Obituary
MISHAWAKA - Joan Annette Albaugh, 78, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away in her home on Friday, January 18, 2013. Joan was born on January 26, 1934, in South Bend, IN, to the late Anthony and Evelyn (Borlik) Trudzinski. On June 8, 1951, Joan was married to Ronald G. Albaugh Sr., who preceded her in death in 1987. Joan is survived by her three sons, Ron Albaugh of Mishawaka, IN, Charles (Cheryl) Albaugh of Granger, IN, Robert (Mary Ellen) Albaugh of South Bend, IN; one brother, Carl Whitaker of South Bend, IN; one sister, Eileen Weston of Granger, IN; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Joan loved golfing, and was the best cheater at euchre, which she learned from her mother Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, from 11 am to 1 pm, with a funeral service to begin at 1 pm in Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, IN. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.

Ron,Chuck and Bob, deeply saddened to hear of the loss of your mom. I feel as though I have lost a member of my family. Having spent as much time in your home as my own when I was growing up, I feel as though I had two mothers. Some of my fondest memories are when your mom would take us up to Barron Lake. You know it takes a very special lady to endure four rowdy boys so they can go swimming. I wish I could be there to share in your sorrow. God bless you all during this time of deep sorrow.
