Michael Woodford Obituary

Micheal Woodford June 7, 1961 - Sept. 8, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Micheal Allen Woodford, 53, of South Bend, passed away at 6:41p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2014, at his home. He was born June 7, 1961, in Dagus Mines, PA, to the late Elmer C. Joan L. (Fulmer) Woodford. He married Glory D. Holcomb on April 7, 2014, in Mishawaka. She survives along with five children, David A. Woodford of Mishawaka, Christopher M. Woodford of South Bend, Lucas P. Woodford of Buchanan, MI, Crystal L. Holcomb of Mishawaka, Jason E. Holcomb of Elkhart; seven grandchildren; three brothers, George (Sandra) Woodford of Mishawaka, Ronald Woodford of South bend, Vincent (Suzanne) Woodford of Mishawaka; two sisters, Tammy (Glenn) Taylor of Mishawaka and Rocks Ann (Philip) Cottrell of Arlington, TX. Micheal enjoyed riding his Gold Wing Motorcycle, working on cars, and playing with his dog "Super Dog." He was formerly employed as a truck driver for the Mishawaka Sheet Metal Company. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services. Zimmer-man-Inman Funeral Home in Osceola is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.

Mike was my best friend for over 40 years. He was always there to lend a helping hand to those that needed it after he got sick he still did more than he should have. He has touched many lives and will not be soon forgotten. RIP my friend I love and miss you
