Father of Cindy Lee Keen; Jeanene (Bill) Fiedler; Holly Keen; Frank W. Keen, IV; Kelley Keen; Jonathan D. Keen; and Christopher J. (Jamie) Wicker. Grandfather of Tanya, Paige, Summer, and Jake. Great-grandfather of Isabella, Evan, and Everleigh. Brother of 6. Son of the late Frank W. Keen, Jr. and Sophie Karge (nee Makaro). Born and raised in Camden, Frank was a resident of Franklinville for the past 29 years and served his country in the US Army Reserve. He worked as a construction worker for 30-plus years for Roman's Caulking & Waterproofing in Berlin and then for 8 years self-employed as Keen's Caulking. Frank enjoyed gambling at the horse races and at the casinos. He liked football and playing cards and loved his coffee. His family remembers Frank as a Happy Go-Lucky man who was very charitable, helping the poor and buying food for those in need. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312.
