Myra Lou Bingaman

1939 - 2016

Myra L. Bingaman, 77, of Spokane Valley, WA passed away 14 December 2016 at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane. Myra was born 12 Jun 1939 in Topeka, KS, the only child of Albert R. and Nora (Carson) Wallace, both of whom predeceased her. She relocated after graduation to Long Beach, CA where Myra met and married the love of her life, Ralph Bingaman. Besides her devoted husband of 55 years she is survived by a daughter, Dawn Bingaman of Renton, WA; and sons, Jeff (Carol) Bingaman of Federal Way, WA; Kevin (Margarita) Bingaman of Quito, Ecuador; and Brian (Genice) Bingaman of Green Valley, AZ. Other survivors include five grandchildren and one great-grandson. A memorial service will be held at the Spokane Valley Church of the Nazarene, 15515 E. 20th Ave., on Friday, 30 December 2016 at 1:00 pm, Rev. Mark Sterk officiating. Flowers, if desired, should be sent to the church. Inurnment will follow at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA. The family wishes to thank the dedicated staff of Sunshine Gardens in Spokane Valley for their tender care of Myra this past year, the same nursing home where she worked for 22 years as a Certified Nurses’ Aide.
