Dr. Peter Joseph HEINZEMANN

HEINZEMANN, Dr. Peter J. Dr. Peter Joseph Heinzemann was born on January 30th, 1941 in New York City, New York. He entered into rest on January 20th, 2021 in Spokane, Washington of medical complications at the age of 79. The viewing for Dr. Heinzemann will be held Tuesday, February 9th, at Heritage Funeral Home, 9:00 a.m., with the service at 10:00a.m.; followed by the 1:30 p.m. graveside service at Washington State Veterans Cemetery. Parents: Walter Emil Heinzemann and Mary Dorothea Hicks of Verona, NJ Peter in his teenage years worked as a Dock Worker in Hoboken, New Jersey and Switch Operator for the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad for several years. In 1964 Peter was drafted into the United States Army, he was a volunteered for several years in the Army reserves. He provided support as an Assistant to the Surgeons for the injured combat during the Vietnam War. He was an active Army reserved until 1970. Educations: Degree in Homeopathy at Chadron University in Nebraska and Naturopathy (Certified) in Mexico. Peter practiced in both Homeopathy and Naturopathy in Niagara Falls, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida. In May 28th 1983 Peter married to Diane Ring and had his son Jonathan in April 24th, 1984 in Niagara Falls, New York. In 1987, Peter moved to Coeur d' Alene and practiced in Hayden, Idaho. He began volunteered worked as medicine assistance; practiced on Radio Stations and In-Person Lectures. During the time Peter was assisted by his son Jonathan across the Pacific Northwest. Peter was one of the very first founding Doctors in the Pacific Northwest. He brought a natural healing medicine; that is currently alternative to General Medicine and Medical Profession. Peter was an active member in the choir of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Spokane. He was also a devoted Parishioner of St. Gregorios Malankara Syrian Orthodox Church in Spokane and attended church across the Washington and North Idaho. Family: Peter got divorced in 2001 and moved to Virginia. In 2004, Peter was introduced to his current wife Merla Duenas in Richmond Virginia. In the mid of 2004 Peter went the Philippines and stayed in Manila and Batangas Philippines to followed Merla for one year and half. On June 23rd 2007, Peter returned to Spokane with his current wife Merla. They got married at St Gregorio's Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church and live his whole life with his current wife in Spokane. Peter survived by his wonderful and devoted wife Merla Heinzemann, His son Jonathan (wife Sabina) and grandson Lucas Kyriazis of Richmond, Texas. Peter was a great Doctor, loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather who will be greatly missed.
