Nancy G. O'Donnell

NANCY G. O'DONNELL, 85, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at St. Camillus. Born June 1, 1923 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Mary Egan Conway. Nancy was an accountant for Walden Book of Stamford for twenty three years until her retirement in 1996. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters and a volunteer at St. Maurice RC Church. Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Karen Fragomeli; and Rosemary and her husband Edward Bella of Stamford; a grandson, John Fragomeli; two great-granddaughters, Gina-Marie and Nicole Marie Fragomeli; a grandson, Sean and his wife Robin Hartnett; two great-granddaughters, Dilyn and Jordyn Hartnett; two grandsons, Edward and Kevin Bella; and a granddaughter, Joann Lopez. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Joseph O'Donnell; two brothers, Thomas and Donald Conway; a sister, Jane Riddick; and a companion, Bill Borsey. Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Friday, January 30 from 9:30 - 10:30 AM. A funeral procession will then proceed to St. Maurice RC Church, 358 Glenbrook Road, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Darien.
