Evelyn Bradshaw Obituary
She was born on Sept. 25, 1946, in Easton, Md., the daughter of the late Percy Wilson (Booker) Scharch and Virginia Simmons Scharch.
She graduated from St. Michaels High School and married the love of her life, William Bradshaw. She was a bus driver for Talbot County Public Schools for 37 years.
A wonderful wife and mother, she enjoyed real estate, life on the Bay, fishing, crabbing, music and dancing.
She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, William Bradshaw; her children, Greg Phillips (Pam), David Phillips (Ann), Mary Anne Arnold (Shane), Kelly Collier (Francis); 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her siblings, Johnny Scharch (Jacqueline), Barbara Murphy, Fritz Scharch (Eileen); her goddaughter, Heather Chapman; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Gloria Seymour, and her husband Bunk; and a brother-in-law, Norman Murphy.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 4, 11 a.m. at St. Luke's United Methodist Church in St. Michaels, Md., with Fred Barr officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Coastal Hospice, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.

Billy and family. So sorry to hear of your loss. Although we didn't see each other often, when we did it was as though time had never passed. Darlene fought her battles with all she had and was always optimistic and upbeat whenever I saw her. R.I.P. Darlene.
