Dr. Howard Louis

Korean War vet, 77 Dr. Howard Louis, 77, of Clifton died on Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, in East Orange General Hospital. Funeral service is on Sunday, Feb. 15, at 1 p.m. in the Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Rd., Livingston. Interment is in B'Nai Jeshurun Cemetery Born in Yonkers, N.Y., Dr. Louis lived in Livingston before moving to Clifton. He was a technical specialist at the Orange Medical Group for the past 15 years. Aside from his medical degree, Dr. Louis earned the following degrees in chemical engineering: B. Ch E., master's, P.E., M.S. and Ph. D. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He was predeceased by his wife, Jacqueline and leaves a daughter, Donna Stanziale and her husband, Vaughn; a son, Stephen and his fiancee, Shari Kane; a sister, Bernice Cheskin, and grandchildren, Samantha and Vaughn Stanziale, and Jasmine, Holly and Willow Louis.
