Kay SWENSON Obituary
On November 19, 2013 Kay Ellen Swenson was called home. Kay was born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin. She lived in St. Thomas, Virgin Island before settling down in Austin, Texas. Kay enjoyed traveling, photography and had a wonderful eye for design. Kay had a zest for life and was always the life of the party. Kay worked as the practice manager for Dr. Albert Tate for over 35 years.
She leaves behind her daughter, Krista Ruess and her son Preston; Her son, Aaron Swenson, his wife, Anna and their children Daulton and Elena; her siblings Peter Johnson, David Johnson, Mark Johnson, and Mary Ann Johnson; also former husband Jeff Swenson and longtime companion William Bennett. As well as many loving family and friends.
Kay's memorial service will be on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 1pm at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Pflugerville, Texas. A fund has been set up in her honor at the Rotary Botanical Garden in Janesville, Wisconsin (1455 Palmer Drive, Janesville, WI 53545).
